Part Time Accounting & Legal Administrator for Growing International Ecommerce Company

We are a rapidly growing Ecommerce company selling in Amazon marketplaces in various countries & with multiple brands.  We are looking for an enthusiastic & competent professional with experience in Accounting & Company Administration.  A mind for numbers & creative solutions for a small fast paced start-up business is a must.

Our chosen candidate will be working directly with the company owners as well as the department managers.  The position is 100% remote with semi-flexible working hours.   The time commitment will be approximately 1-4 hours per day with a concentration of workload at the end of month. In our company attention to detail is of the utmost importance so please include the word Cherimoya in your cover letter.

The primary tasks include:

  • Preparing the companies financial statements 
  • Presenting financial data to managers and owners for decision making
  • Assisting accountants in VAT filings/compliance in various EU countries for EU & Non-EU registered entities.
  • Overseeing freelance accountants, bookkeepers and administrators around the world.
  • Setting up new Amazon accounts for clients following standard KYC procedures.
  • Overseeing the setup of new Limited companies.

Requirements for this position include:

  • Fluent in English
  • Finance or accounting related education – bachelor degree or equivalent.
  • Experience with VAT filings especially in European countries such as the UK, Germany, Spain, France, & Italy.
  • Experience in preparing company financial statements
  • Good communication skills
  • Bonus: experience working with companies operating on Amazon.
